However I have zero issues with AT&T when NOT using the VPN. When I change to TMobile (or any other service), my connection is stable & faster. However when it is working, speeds are severely throttled to 2-3 Mbps over the VPN.

I've also noticed the problem is not always consistent throughout the day meaning the connection can be fairly stable for an hour or two at a time and then suddenly begin to have issues. then after 20-30 seconds or so, the connection wakes up and resumes, and then the problem keeps repeating. File transfer speeds go to zero, remote desktop disconnects, etc. That is, Anyconnect VPN remains connected while the connection temporarily stops passing data. The issues you describe occurring in the early-mid October time frame are the exact issues I'm having.

Even if it worked, it's a band-aid, not a fix.

Unfortunately lowering the MTU has never worked for me, and several others have reported issues still after doing the same.
